Return Policy Last Updated August 02, 2021 Thank you for shopping with Artificial Grass Warehouse. We do hope you're pleased with your purchase. However, in the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within the 30 calendar days you purchased the item(s). You may return for store credit or an exchange and it is subject to a restocking fee. Please read below for more information on our return policy.  Returns All returns must be marked within thirty (30) days of purchase date. All returned items must be in new, and unused condition, with all original tags or labels attached. Items must not be cut or have visible signs of laceration.  Return Process To return an item please email us or give a call with your invoice number and reason for return. The item must be returned to the specific warehouse that it was originally purchased from. Return of Full Rolls Process To return a roll of turf, please email us or give a call with your invoice number and reason for return, to begin the return process. Full roll of turfs must be returned thirty (30) days from the purchase date.

  • All Full Rolls are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
  • We reserve the right to not accept full roll returns.
  • Pickup of Full Rolls For us to pick up a full roll return, the client is subject to pay a pickup rate, starting at $400.00 depending on quantity and distance. This rate will need to be paid before scheduling the pickup.
  • Exceptions The following items can not be returned or exchanged:
  • Damaged Products
  • Installed Products
  • Installation Products
  • Pre-cut/cut turf of any size and any product.
  • Products that have been tampered with.
  • For defective or damaged products, please contact us at your closest warehouse location.
  • Please Note
  • A 30% Restocking fee will be charged for FULL ROLL RETURNS.
  • A 15% Restocking fee will be charged for installation products
  • We reserve the right not to accept returns. Refunds (if applicable)Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
